How enrollment works

Inspect
Fidelis completes a system inspection within 30 days before enrollment.

Qualify
The system must have no active defects; known defects, failed equipment, unsafe conditions or incomplete prior work must be corrected before those items can receive benefits.

Connect
The customer grants access to available monitoring platforms and maintains reliable internet connectivity to connected equipment.

Enroll
Membership requires a three-year minimum commitment. Monthly memberships require a three-month deposit. Final pricing and options are confirmed directly with a Fidelis representative and depend on eligibility and availability.
Important coverage boundaries
Protect supports eligible manufacturer-warranty coordination and approved service planning. Parts, labor, replacements, repairs or service actions not authorized or approved by the equipment manufacturer under the applicable warranty are not included. Non-warranty repairs, upgrades, damage-related service or customer-requested work outside approved warranty coverage may be quoted separately.
