p.r.e.c.i.s.e. surveys
(Pre-Engineering Risk Examination for Construction & Integrated Solar Evaluation) goes beyond basic site measurements to create a complete picture of the property before design begins. We evaluate roof and structural conditions, electrical infrastructure, equipment locations, shading, access, code considerations, and other factors that can affect construction.
This more comprehensive approach gives our engineering and project-management teams better information from the start, helping improve design accuracy, reduce avoidable revisions, support more reliable pricing, and keep the project moving smoothly from planning through installation.

commercial energy audits
Our commercial energy audit provides a comprehensive evaluation of an existing solar system through a detailed 124-point inspection. Fidelis assesses system performance, electrical connections, equipment condition, installation quality, monitoring data, safety concerns, and potential maintenance or repair needs.
The result is a clear, professional system summary that helps property owners understand current conditions, identify risks, prioritize improvements, and make informed decisions about the long-term performance of their solar investment.
